"Platform" refers to the Fitwize website, mobile applications, and related services. "User" refers to individuals seeking fitness training services. "Trainer" refers to certified fitness professionals offering services through the platform. "Services" refers to the fitness training marketplace and related features.
To access certain features you must register for an account, provide accurate and current information, keep your account secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We offer user accounts, trainer accounts (subject to verification), and studio/gym accounts (coming soon).
All trainers undergo a verification process before offering services, including submission of valid fitness certifications, identity verification, and compliance with local regulations. Trainers are responsible for maintaining valid certifications and insurance, providing safe and professional services, and accurately representing their qualifications.
Clients can book training sessions subject to trainer availability and confirmation. Payment terms and fees are shown at the time of booking, and Fitwize may charge a platform fee for facilitating the connection. Cancellation policies are set by individual trainers and shown on their profiles — review them before booking.
You agree not to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, post false or fraudulent content, harass or harm other users, attempt to circumvent platform fees, use automated systems to access the platform, or impersonate others.
All platform content — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Rethink Lab Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers. By posting content (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our services.
Fitwize operates as a marketplace connecting clients with trainers rather than providing training directly. Consult a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program and inform your trainer of any medical conditions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rethink Lab Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rethink Lab Co., Ltd., its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of another party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of other users, non-payment, or other discretionary reasons. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification. Continuing to use Fitwize after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform are resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Thai law, or through the courts of Thailand.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will stay in full effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between users and Rethink Lab Co., Ltd. regarding use of the Fitwize platform.
