You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without any penalty, directly from your bookings dashboard.

We currently accept card payments and TrueMoney. We'll expand to more Thai payment methods over time.

Yes. Every trainer on Fitwize is verified and must provide proof of certification before their profile goes live.

Absolutely. You can work with as many trainers as you like, whether for different specialties or to find the best fit for your needs.

Click "Become a Trainer" and complete registration with your credentials and certifications. Our team typically reviews applications within 2-3 business days.

A valid fitness certification, proof of insurance, a valid ID, and at least 6 months of training experience.

There's no upfront cost to join Fitwize. We take a small commission from each booking — you set your own rates and keep the majority of your earnings.

Funds are transferred to your registered bank account after a session is completed. You can track all your earnings from your trainer dashboard.

Yes — you have full control over your availability, session pricing, and packages.
