Listing your profile is completely free. We only take a 15% commission when a client completes a booking with you. If you upgrade to Pro (฿990/month), the commission drops to 8%.
After a session is marked complete, the payment is released to your bank account within 24 hours. We support all major Thai banks via PromptPay.
Completely. You decide your prices per session, per package, and per format (in-person, online, group). Your availability calendar is yours to manage — block off days, set working hours, and accept or decline requests.
We require at least one recognised fitness certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM, REPs, or equivalent). You'll upload your documents during sign-up and our team reviews them within 1 business day.
Yes. Your profile lets you list multiple session formats. Clients filter by format when searching, so you'll appear in both in-person and online results if you offer both.
Our cancellation policy protects trainers. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are charged 50% of the session fee, which is paid to you in full.
