All content on the Fitwize platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rethink Lab Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User-Generated Content

By posting content on our platform (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Health and Safety Disclaimer

Fitwize is a marketplace platform connecting users with trainers. We do not provide fitness training services directly. Users should:

• Exercise at their own risk
