Yes! Creating an account and browsing trainers is completely free. You only pay for the training sessions or packages you book with trainers.

Browse our trainer profiles, select a trainer that matches your goals, view their available time slots, choose a package or single session, and complete the booking through our secure payment system.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without any penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee as per the trainer's policy.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and popular Thai e-wallet services including PromptPay, TrueMoney, and Rabbit LINE Pay.

Yes! All trainers on Fitwize are verified and must provide proof of certification. We verify their credentials, experience, and background before approving their profiles on our platform.

Absolutely! You can work with as many trainers as you like, whether for different specialties (e.g., strength training with one, yoga with another) or to find the best fit for your needs.

Click on "Become a Trainer" and complete the registration form with your credentials, certifications, and experience. Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days and notify you of your approval status.

You need to be a certified fitness professional with valid credentials (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent). You must also provide proof of insurance, a valid ID, and have at least 6 months of training experience.

There's no upfront cost to join Fitwize. We take a small commission (15-20%) from each booking you receive. You set your own rates and keep the majority of your earnings.

Payments are processed automatically after each session is completed. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account within 3-5 business days. You can track all your earnings through your trainer dashboard.

Yes! You have complete control over your availability and pricing. Set your own rates, create custom packages, and manage your calendar according to your preferences.

Studio and gym listings will be available starting March 2026. You can join our waiting list now to be among the first to list your facility when we launch this feature.

Studios will be able to showcase their facilities, list classes and schedules, manage memberships, process bookings, and track attendance all through the Fitwize platform.
